HR and Admin Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Key Responsibilities
- A) Human Resource
- 1.To lead with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- 2.Responsible in the whole process (end to end) of recruitment from sourcing, adverts placement, shortlisting, interview process, reference check, salary offer process and up to on-boarding process.
- 3.Monitor and administer employee probation and confirmation.
- 4.Responsible for timely processing of payroll and related documentations for submission to relevant government authorities such as EPF, SOCSO &LHDN.
- 5.Perform calculations on bonus, leave/notice in lieu overtime and other claims.
- 6.Facilitate internal communication and provide guidance to employees in terms of HR procedures and policies to make sure that they have a good understanding on the current policies in effect.
- 7.Responsible in the management of workers' disciplinary and misconduct investigations, and grievances.
- 8.Responsible in monitoring staff attendance, leave and claim.
- 9.Provide administrative support and participate in various HR initiatives and project implementations.
- 10.Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties assigned.
- B) Admin
- 1. To lead the company's day-to-day administrative activities and some accounting transactions.
- 2. Responsible for the Office Administration of the company, which includes company events and activities, license renewals, insurance renewals & others.
- 3. Monitor inventory of Company including stationary management, upkeep, and maintenance of office equipment such as computers, phones, copier machines & others.
- 4. To liaise with government agencies and local authorities on all administrative matters relating to the company.- 6. Assist in the purchase of air tickets, hotel bookings and transport arrangements for management.
- 7. Responsible for creating and maintaining a proper filing system.
- 8. Provide support to Project Team by acting as the contact point for all project participants by tracking their expenses and forecasting spending in a timely manner.
- Skills and Qualifications- 2. At least 2 years of working experience in HR field.
- 3. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral.
- 4. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Employment Act 1955 would be added advantage. 5. Able to start in short notice period will be added advantage.
