**About the role**

**Summary**:
Banking Industry (preferred) and/or Insurance Industry knowledge required minimum 2-4 years

Position delivers timely and accurate client requests, issuance of policies, close collaboration and interaction with internal and external stakeholders

Duties and responsibilities directly impact profitability, productivity and the accuracy of the business

**Responsibilities**:

- Frequent interaction with team members, underwriters, external clients & brokers
- Review and prepare commercial documentation eg. underwriting files, credit agreements, surety bonds etc
- Policy administration including system processing, including policy capture, amendments, premium / cash tracking
- Identify and report problems or errors while working with significant amounts of detailed information
- Support teams in organizing and preparing data for client meetings
- Support adhoc projects including data collection and analysis
- Support on-shore/off-shore teams with the above

**About You**

**Education**:
Completed commercial education or bachelor studies and/or relevant on-the-job experience

**Relevant professional experience**:

- Basic knowledge and understanding of banking loans or credit insurance
- Prior experience in being an integral member of a team with key dependency on your output
- Comfortable working to deadlines
- Must be fully proficient in the (English) language, reading, written and verbal
- Additional languages a plus (Mandarin preferred)
- Experienced with Microsoft Office
- Independent, self-starting and proactive in supporting the business
- Demonstrates competency in intermediate level math, general economic and accounting principles
- Good administration skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Good networking with the ability to establish strong relationships in a Global multi-cultural environment
- Excellent reading comprehension, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify process improvements and make relevant recommendations
