Carrying more than 25 brands as distributor in Malaysia; Including IT components and peripherals, PC accessories, input devices, networking, power related products, audio visual equipment and software.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Talent Acquisition**:

- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.

**Employee Relations**:

- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.

**Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs.
- Implement career development plans to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

**Performance Management**:

- Develop and implement performance management systems to align with company objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance on professional development.
- Address performance issues through coaching, counselling, and disciplinary actions as needed.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure competitive compensation structures.
- Conduct regular benchmarking to stay informed about industry standards.
- Manage the annual performance appraisal and salary review processes.

**HR Policies and Compliance**:

- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to maintain a progressive HR approach.

**Workplace Health and Safety**:

- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
- Implement and oversee workplace safety programs and initiatives.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent;
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the Wholesale and Retail field
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, Labour laws, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**
- RM6,000 - RM8,500 (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
- Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits

**WORKING HOUR**:
Monday - Friday; 9.00am-6.00pm

Alternate Saturday; 9.00am-1.00pm

**WORKING LOCATION**:
Kawasan Perindustrian Meru, Kapar Klang

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
- People Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
