HR Manager

Main scope: Ensuring alignment between the business operations and the HR practices and objectives. Has a keen understanding of the business’s strategy, providing dynamic solutions using experience, data analyses, and organizational agility to guide on decision making.
Provides consulting and coaching to departmental leaders and managers in order to support the business’s vision, mission, and overall objectives. Responsible for delivering a comprehensive and consumer-driven people service, aligning both people management and business strategies.
- Serves as a strategic partner and provides effective HR operational services and advice to business leaders, managers, and staff to support the delivery of business’s objectives and outcomes, including performance management, learning and talent development, employee relations, manpower planning, compensation, and benefits etc.
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- The role includes skilled input into a broad range of HR policy work, developing and implementing capacity building and tailored training programs, managing complex and varied employee relations cases, and ensuring that HR data and reporting is fit for purpose to inform decision making.
- Acts as an employee champion, leadership coach, strategic partner, and change agent.
To success, you need:
- A Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of work experience in HR, of which 5 years in HR Business Partnering. HRBP experience in the manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
- Extensive knowledge of HR process, procedures, and policies.
- Demonstrated initiative in determining new or modifying existing HR policies and procedures and effectively communicating them to senior management and staff.
- A high degree of business acumen including an understanding of the financial implications of HR services / solutions and how that subsequently impacts other business functions of the account.
- Strong and clear communication skills, and to be able to adapt styles to project business confidence and presence in order to create a compelling vision.
- Working knowledge of the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act, prevailing Human Resources practices and other relevant statutory acts
- Good interpersonal skills and resourceful in problem solving with the ability to work independently.
- Willing to work at Klang area.

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
