HR & Admin Manager / Assistant Manager

1. To handle HR management functions, tasks and responsibilities which include recruitment, employment administration, staff training, employee relations and general office administration. Responsible for employee personal files, medical expenses and leave administration.

2. Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating recommended HR policies and procedure.

3. Co-ordinate recruitment activities, checking & verifying payroll process, make sure claims & monthly statutory contribution on timely submission & document well filed.

4. Responsible for foreign worker permits, accommodation, F&B & arranging to clinic when needed.

5. To maintain & oversee the security matters, handle cleanliness functions, liase with pest control company for service & liase with canteen contractor to make sure smooth operation of the staff canteen.

6. Renewal of all company licenses & others ad-hoc task that assigned.

7. To be base: Wisma Goodnite, Kapar, Klang, Selangor.

8. Reporting to Group HR & Admin Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
