- Basic Salary **RM7,000 - RM9,000 **(Depending on experience)

Our client, a reputable **Vehicle Distributor and Spare Parts Manufacturer** in Malaysia that is growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand. They are currently seeking for a passionate **Human Resource Manager** to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their management to oversee the company's HR department and managing spectrum of human resource management.

- **Responsibilities**:_
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Coordinate career development, succession planning, retention and talent management needs
- Overseeing Group HR functions, review and monitoring of all HR policies, processes, systems and other initiatives
- Identify training/skills/competency needs within the Group
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Oversee and manage the probationary period and annual appraisal
- Set salary scales to ensure parity across the Group and HR-related cost savings
- Supports management by providing information, latest labour law practices and government rules & regulations
- Compile monthly management reports as required

- **Additional Information/ Requirement**:_
- Possess 4-5 years of relevant working experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or equivalent
- Able to review policy and advice company for the better HR Policy
- Familiar with employment and labour laws, industrial and occupational safety & health compliances as well as long-term social sustainability
- Able to work well independently or in group
- Possess proactive and self-motivated character
