・Support for the Back Office Manager.
・Data entry related to the new invoicing system.
・Preparation and management of invoices, data entry for accounting purposes, and support for managing accounts receivable and payable.
・Management of office supplies.
・Maintenance of the office environment to enhance productivity.
・Preparation for meetings.
・Scheduling and general administrative tasks.
・Preparation of reports and documents as needed.
・Support in human resources as needed.

**Requirement**:
・ Education Background: Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related fields
・ Years of experience: Fresh graduates/ Minimum 1 year of experience in Account admin position
・ Basic skills in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
・ Must be able to commute to Mont Kiara (within about 30 minutes)
・ Good personality

**Additional Information**:
Company Industry: Trading company

Working Location: Mont Kiara, KL

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
