Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members.
- Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.
- Entering and updating company, employee, and client records.
- Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.
- Providing basic bookkeeping services such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the superior.

Fresh grad is welcome to apply. No experience is ok, as long as willing to learn and good attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
