Ace Language Centre in Subang Jaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Central Manager to lead our educational team. As the Central Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of excellence in language education.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Leadership**: Direct and supervise the administrative and academic functions of the language centre.
- **Team Management**: Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, ensuring a high standard of performance and professional development.
- **Curriculum Development**: Collaborate with educators to enhance existing programs and develop new courses that meet the needs of students.
- **Student Relations**: Maintain positive relationships with students and their families, addressing concerns and fostering a supportive learning environment.
- **Financial Oversight**: Manage budgetary responsibilities, including financial planning, expenditure control, and revenue generation.
- **Community Engagement**: Represent Ace Language Centre in the local community, building partnerships and promoting our services.

**Job Specification & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Must have teaching experience
- Proven experience in educational management or related leadership roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to innovate and adapt in a dynamic educational environment.
- Familiarity with language education trends and best practices.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
