**Company Background**

Shapadu CR Asia Sdn Bhd (SCR) is a joint venture company between Shapadu Energy Services Sdn Bhd (SES) and CR Asia (M) Sdn Bhd (CRAM). We are currently involved with Plant Maintenance and currently providing services to PRefChem in Pengerang.

**Responsibilities**
- To carry out the complete procurement and purchasing process for the company.
- Process incoming Purchase Requisitions (PR) in accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure Vendor/ External Provider's quotation/ proposal to comply in both commercial and technical requirements as per project needs.
- Conduct price negotiation with Vendor/ External Provider and prepare price comparison matrix for management approval.
- Participate in contracts/ agreement negotiation prior to award and continue to administer these contracts throughout the relationship.
- Interface with other department/ business unit to determine their product and services needs in ensuring accurate purchase of goods and services.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline or Business Management
- 2 year's experience in procurement
- Knowledge on material sourcing, price analysis and negotiation.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
