We wish to have you on board if you are passionate, self-motivated & detailed oriented team player who is committed to grow our business together with our customers as well as your own personal growth. You are responsible for assisting all e-commerce activities.

**Your responsibilities are**:

- Assure all aspects of platform content and information are accurate and update e.g. availability of the product
- Support online customer enquiries promptly (pre-sales and after sales)
- Accurately manage products across web store and various marketplace from time to time
- Assist to optimize the online stores and help to achieve sales target, manage daily e-commerce operations (product listing / stock inventory)
- Assist superiors in all ad hoc assignment to optimize store’s sales/ operation/ traffic
- Assist in managing online ads to drive E-Commerce sales

**It would be great if you are**:

- Diploma / Bachelor in Marketing / Business Management or any business related field
- Good communication & a team player
- Good in customer service is a plus
- Able to work independently, passionate, and resourceful
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Focused and well-organized person
- Willing to learn more

**Job Types**: Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3-6 months

**Salary**: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
