Working hours**:8 hour shift, 24/7 rotational (Mon-Sun)**
Location**:Kuala Lumpur / Selangor**

1. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and
working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
2. Maintains customer records by updating account information.
3. Exemplary communication skills and customer-oriented approach
4. Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
5. Excellent knowledge of computer

**Job Requirements**:
1. Japanese Speaking with Kanji writing skill
2. Both native & non native are welcomed
3. Non Native should have N1 or N2 certification

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
