Marketing Manager

- Oversee and manage whole Marketing team with leadership skills.
- Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
- Oversees current offerings, comes up with initiatives and execute the planned new products or services go-to-market strategy.
- Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
- Works with internal teams globally to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams.
- Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service.
- Manage the creative development of promotional materials, website contents for internal and external needs, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
- Communicates and liaise with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.
- Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
- Periodically reporting department key results, overall performance, outstanding projects and other updates to the top management.
- Involve in organizational strategic planning and future developments to achieve targeted goals.
- Ensure creation and implementation of strategy designed to grow company’s business.
- To conceptualize, plan and implement the marketing plan and journey.
- To manage campaign planning and development alongside marketing and communication channels (Offline & Online).
- To plan, develop and execute effective and engaging content with clear value propositions that are in line with the marketing objectives.
- To assist the top management to direct, monitor and review the end-to-end content creation, creative efforts and works of marketing executives, creative designers to meet campaign objectives, goals and timeline management.
- To strategize and execute successful and cost-efficient traditional and digital marketing advertising and campaigns across platforms.
- To plan, track budgets and ROI for marketing campaigns.
- Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and strategy.
- Lead, develop and establish the revenue and best pricing strategy for products, services, and retail for both short and long term to maximize revenue.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
- Implementing promotions, new sales plans and advertising.
- Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Prepares and completes marketing action.
- Conducting promotional activities.
**Qualification**
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Digital technologies or related field.
**Skills**
- Good written and verbal communication in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software and systems.
- Strategic development and planning and have a big picture to achieve great achievement in sales, profit, and branding.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
- ROI & KPI Management.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
