**The Opportunity**

Our partner, a leading global InsureTech who has been providing small businesses with the simplest way to get their business insurance sorted, is hiring for Content Marketing Specialist The team opened its doors in 2008 and now operates in Australia, the US, and New Zealand.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves delivering a first-class service to all brokers who are in contact with the business. You will be responsible for the general management and delivery of a key business project. The Renewal Transfer Project is a multi-year project requiring the coordination of multiple parties including insurers, brokers and the client

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee several executives to migrate high volume of policies between platforms.
- You will review migration to check for accuracy prior to seeking approval from a broker
- Ensure all referrals to underwriters are managed within agreed SLA’s
- Work closely with the insurers to ensure seamless migration by strict adherence to transfer rules
- Actively follow up brokers where approval or binding is required
- Adhering to strict escalation requirements
- Maintain up to date records of all transfers
- Ensure that a high level of product, process and systems knowledge is always maintained

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Min Degree in a relevant field of studies
- MUST possess Tier 1 or 2 in General Insurance Broking or similar.
- Min 4-5 years of working experience in the insurance industry is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and high levels of attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism
- Preferably previous experience in a similar role ie Broker Assistant, Underwriting Assistance, and project management
- Must be process-orientated, ability to stick to strict timeframes, and manage multiple stakeholders.
