Report to top management;
- Attend to all aspects of PA and corporate work;
- Schedule and organize appointments for VIPs/visitors;
- Circulate agenda, schedule meetings, and take minutes;
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive documents;
- Liaison with Department Heads and coordinate office activities;
- Determine job of top priority and accomplish urgent matters within tight deadlines;
- Willing to multitask and accept any other related duties assigned by management;

**; Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in secretarial or equivalent
- At least 10 years of working experience in the related field
- Good Computer Literacy (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to read and write Mandarin is a MUST (have to liaise with overseas market)
- A good deal of common sense, etiquette and an ability to think on one's feet
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skill
- Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent organizational skills
- Has integrity and can maintain privacy and confidentiality
- Proven ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner
