Front Desk Officer

Job Responsibility Front Desk '¢ Receive and transfer all incoming telephone calls. '¢ Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries. '¢ Provide answers to customer inquiries. '¢ Handling despatch and monitoring staffs attendance and jobs. '¢ Arrange and record for courier service and mailing. '¢ Keeping the reception area / front office tidy at all times including the visitors waiting area. Support The Administration/Operative Team As Regards '¢ Provide administrative duties and paper work such as perform data entry, filing of documents, prepare office stock report, other clerical duties and etc. '¢ Liaising with the Finance & Administration Volunteer, analyse all the telephone bills monthly with a view to ensuring that costs are properly charged to the relevant cost centres. '¢ Ensure the meeting rooms are in order. '¢ Provide secretarial support services to senior staff as requested. '¢ Any other duties as may be assigned by line manager or his/her seniors. Job Requirements '¢ Skills: Telephone skills, Verbal communication, Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office skills. '¢ Self-discipline courteous, Good personality and willing to learn. '¢ Able to work independently & support superior ensure the smooth work flow. '¢ At least one-year relevant job receptionist or admin experiences. '¢ Preferably to whom can commence to work immediately. '¢ Fluent of spoken written English and Bahasa Malaysia. '¢ Job Benifits '¢ 5 working days '¢ Medical claim '¢ Convenient location
