Payroll Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- In charge of all payroll activities and assist the payroll team in preparing data for payroll.
- Responsible for compiling, checking, analysis and processing of monthly payroll before being verified by immediate superior.
- Ensure all elements and allowances related to payroll are paid accurately.
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of information in all HR/Payroll related system and documents.
- To make payment to all statutory bodies after monthly payroll, in timely manner.
- Attend all enquiries related to salary from employees and relevant authorities.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
- Preferable those with minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in related field.
- Knowledgeable in statutory requirement such as EPF, SOCSO, PCB and others.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Preferable those can speak and understand Mandarin.
- Extrovert personality, meticulous, hardworking, dynamic and positive attitude with good interpersonal skills.
**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
