*Provide level 1 IT Technical Helpdesk Support in ticket logging & resolutions.
*Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support (Level 2)
*Prepare activity reports and inform management of recurring problems.
*Follow up on Level 1 Helpdesk tickets and perform ticket closure based on RSDH guidelines
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
