**Overview**:As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment for the staff. Your responsibilities will encompass both front-of-house and back-of-house activities, requiring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Staff Management**:Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and support staff.
Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.
Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and foster a collaborative work environment.

**Customer Service**:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor service quality and take corrective actions as necessary to uphold standards.

**Operational Excellence**:Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service.

**Quality Control**:Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets the established standards.
Conduct regular inspections of the dining area to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hygiene standards.
Address any issues related to food quality or service promptly and effectively.

**Scheduling**:Create and manage employee schedules, taking into account peak business hours and staffing needs.
Coordinate staff breaks and rotations to optimize productivity during busy periods.

**Training and Development**:Provide ongoing training to staff on customer service, menu knowledge, and operational procedures.
Identify areas for improvement and implement training programs to enhance staff performance.

**Financial Management**:Assist in managing the restaurant budget, including labor and food costs.
Monitor sales and implement strategies to maximize revenue.

**Safety and Compliance**:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Education**:A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. Additional education or certifications in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
