**Performance Management**
- Create and oversee the implementation of the procedures that support and enhance employee performance as per the company’s objectives
- Determine and resolve workplace issues that prevent optimal performance, such as individual grievances or poor departmental structures
- Establish a two-way communication channel to receive employee feedback and modify development policies and standards accordingly

**Employee Retention**
- Improve the company’s employer brand within the community
- Revamp the interview process, selection criteria and applicant communication plan
- Coordinate (and possibly conduct) supervisor and management training and development programs
- Conducts exit surveys/interviews and identifies appropriate actions.

**Employee Relations**
- Supports leadership team in managing and taking appropriate actions on employee relations issues consistent with policy and applicable laws and regulations.
- Conducts exit surveys/interviews and identifies appropriate actions.

**Recruitment**
- Creates as needed job postings.
- Organize career fairs and recruiting events

**Administration**
- Support the day-to-day ins and outs of onboarding new employees, compensation changes, and benefit questions as needed throughout the year.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to leave, employee relations, payroll, and benefits.

**Requirement**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
- Above 4 years of proven success working experience in HR Department
- Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail

**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
