2. Coordinating with filed engineers, customers and other departments to ensure that information or solu-tion given to customers is precise and accurate

3. Scheduling and dispatching engineers through CRM and Salesforce

4. Optimizing service utilization by assigning jobs appropriately

5. Making quotation for repairing job, relocation, calibration, preventive maintenance, training, measur-ing/programming, spare part and accessory

6. Making Sales/Service contract

7. Doing purchase order acknowledgement

8. Doing spare part request and arranging part to customer or our engineer properly

9. Ordering spare part, system, license, tools and tracking goods receipt to deliver to customer and our engi-neer

10. Billing customer and proceeding confirmation in CRM/Salesforce

11. Following up AR and minimizing all pending AR

12. Reminding customer for recurring service such as SMA, SMC

13. Preparing and presenting in Admin monthly meeting upon request such as best practice of the country

14. Converting MQP to lead and assigned to relevant Sales Representative according to MQP/Lead guideline

16. Ordering, storing and distributing department supplies through Fiori and SOR

17. Sending tools/Gauge for annual calibration

18. Ensuring Quality of Service through Medallia, CPO

20. Managing special assignments from supervisor such as projects to achieve team’s goal or alignment of team

21. Facilitating meeting by arranging hotel or reserving meeting room

22. Coordinating with Marketing team when having seminar, exhibition or event in the country

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
