**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales and service strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to align strategies and drive cohesive efforts.
- Define target customer segments and develop targeted sales and service approaches for each segment.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and propose strategic recommendations.
- Develop and implement sales and service training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales and service teams.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and service initiatives, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Provide guidance and support to sales and service teams, ensuring alignment with strategies and objectives.
- Foster a customer-centric culture across the organization, emphasizing the importance of delivering exceptional service at all touchpoints.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies related to sales and service.
- Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology and automation tools to streamline sales and service processes.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate sales and service performance, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales & Service Strategist, Sales Strategist, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of sales and service principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to drive change and inspire teams.
- Proficient in using data analysis and visualization tools.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales and service technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Knowledge of relevant industries and market dynamics.
- Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per month
