**EXECUTIVE, DOCUMENTS MANAGEMENT - OFFICE HOUR/IMMEDIATE HIRING**
- Location: Jalan Ampang (nearby LRT Jelatek)
- Basic Salary: RM 2,000 (fixed) + OT (if needed)
- Can start immediately: Early March 2024
- Working Hour: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
- Working Days: Monday - Friday

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Minimum Diploma above in Administration/Business Administration or equivalent**:

- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Training will be provided; fast learner
- Malaysian only with Age limit : official 20 - 35 years old
- Able to start work immediately - March 2024

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- To scan and index documents received from branches and Head Office and update/pack the document cartons accurately.
- Retrieve documents from various touch points
- Sort and check the accuracy of documents
- Scan and index documents
- Update and pack the documents into carton box
- Liaise with business users department or other department
- Perform any ad hoc task as and when required

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 per month
