**Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Target Identification**:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients within the property management sector, including JMBs, Developers, PMCs, KPKT, Majlis, and Associations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to tailor effective sales strategies.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers in JMBs, Developers, and PMCs.
- Understand clients' needs and present customized solutions based on the features and benefits of our Property Management System.

**Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:

- Deliver compelling and engaging presentations showcasing the features and advantages of our PMS.
- Conduct live demonstrations to highlight the system's functionalities and address client inquiries.

**Collaboration with Marketing and Product Teams**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market trends.

**Sales Reporting**:

- Generate regular sales reports to update the management team on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven recommendations.

**Education and Experience**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the sales field is essential.
- Computer literacy is a must, with proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both spoken and written).
- Success in the dynamic real estate and technology sectors requires strong industry knowledge, familiarity with the Strata Act, effective communication, networking, time management, customer-centricity, and analytical skills.
- A proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the property management or related technology industry, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary for the role.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities are crucial.
- Familiarity with property management processes and systems is a valuable asset.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
