Customer Relationships Executive

Job Description 1. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients 2. Promote and sell Certo Solutions products and services to potential clients 3. Achieve sales targets and meet company objectives 4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals 5. Conduct market research and identify potential customers and opportunities 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and tactics 7. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients 8. Manage sales pipelines and sales forecasting 9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions 10. Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors and market conditions 11. Participate in team meetings and share feedback to improve sales performance Requirements 1. Excellent interpersonal skills. 2. Commercial awareness. 3. Independent, hardworking. 4. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. 5. Fast learner and passion for sales. 6. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations. 7. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. 8. No work experience required. 9. SPM, Diploma/Degree or equivalent. 10. Good command in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. 11. Preferably *Bumiputra *.
