LAPASAR is a B2B Wholesale Platform. In 2018, Lapasar started as a B2B platform in the corporate segment. Our customers such as Telekom Malaysia, PETRONAS, or Tenaga Nasional Berhad purchase items for their daily operational needs (for example, laptops, projectors, office furniture, etc.) through our platform.

In 2020, our B2B platform is expanded to serve small grocery stores, where those stores order their supplies (for example, Milo, Nescafe, Red Bull, etc.) through our App/platform. Today, the Wholesale FMCG (Daily Consumer Goods) segment is the main pillar of Lapasar's business and growth. We aim to incorporate more than 100,000 small grocery stores and restaurants across Malaysia into our Mobile Application and make their daily ordering for stock as easy and simple as possible.

Salary package:

- Fixed Salary: RM2,500
- Attendance Allowance: RM300
- Incentive: RM1,000+++ (When reaching the target)

Working days:

- Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
- Saturday (twice a month), 9 am - 6 pm

Job Duties:

- Handling outgoing calls to potential customers and introducing LAPASAR products and services.
- Identify and validate opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and handling inquiries quickly.
- Understand customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions or products. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets each month.
- Effectively negotiate and close sales deals over the phone. Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights, customer feedback, and best practices.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date customer and sales activity records in the system. Following the development of LAPASAR product offers, prices, and promotions.
- Continue to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-development.

Working conditions:

- Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive telephone demeanor.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Ability to build relationships and establish relationships with customers over the phone.
- Be results oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue generation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
