Reporting to Customer Service Manager and/ or appointed immediate superior
- Attend to customers complaints and find solutions to all complaints.
- To ensure that all daily transportations and shipments are scheduled to customers’ needs.
- To coordinate with all related parties inclusive of customers ensuring shipments in order.
- To ensure that opening and closing of jobs are done according to requirements.
- To control of Levy and Toll for sub contractor’s truck.
- To help/assisting in arrangement of daily trucks to meet customers’ needs.
- To ensure that all documents are ready for trucks clearance at customs stations.
- To check/monitor that permits and forms are prepared accordingly to requirements.
- To ensure the timely of documents to meet import/export and to allow truck waiting.
- Create a good working environment among staff.
- Must works independently and always a team player.
- Above duties & responsibilities instruct by superior may be revised from time to time

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
