Sales Administrator

Job Descriptions 1. Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks 2. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly report related to Sales & purchase 3. Answering of phone calls and attend to customers whenever required 4. Work with speed and accuracy to prepare sales quotations, process and follow up on customers' orders 5. Upload sales organization monthly sales data for report calculations into SAP system. 6. Work closely with Sales Team on customer payment collection 7. Maintain timely filing and all relevant documentation and information 8. Work with 3PL fulfillment center & logistic to complete online orders from receiving to delivery level. 9. Coordinate return, exchange & refund management process 10. Assist management with ad-hoc duties and coordinate all sales & supporting the sales team Job Requirements 1. At least two years' experience as a sales coordinator or in other sales administrative positions 2. Minimum Diploma holder 3. Experience handling export documentation in a trading environment or relevant field will be an advantage 4. Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel) 5. Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving 6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 7. A team player with a high level of dedication and commitment in achieving team goal 8. Had experience in SAP & E-commerce field is advantage.
