Sales Administrator

**Responsibilities**
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Liaise with any governmental departments to ensure products are properly registered and legal to be sold and used if required.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Develop monthly sales reports.
- Assist the Sales Director and Managers in daily work such as any sales related tasks, sales report, market reports, quotation, proposals etc
- To prepare proposal and quotation to dealers/customers
- To follow up sales, service and assist dealers/customers.
- To assist in generating new customers/account
- To perform any other job/work related to sales
- **SALARY RANGE**:_
1. Fresh university Business Admin graduates degree less than 1 year experience up to RM3000.00
2. Business admin Degree with 5 years Experience or above RM4000.00 or above
- **OFFICE LOCATION : NO 7, JALAN ASTAKA U8/84A, SEKSYEN U8, BUKIT JELUTONG, 40150 SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR.**_
