**Role Description**
- **This position is in charge of supervising and training Door-to-Door Sales Executives & coordinating their daily activities. **_
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring daily activities such as customer visits are meticulously followed by sales executives
- Ensuring every newcomer is able to generate his or her first sales order as soon as training is over (on the 11th working day from date of enrollment)
- Identifying root causes in the event of dissatisfying performance of sales executives
- Performance Management of Sales executives
- Supervision and monitoring of daily activities of sales executives
- Point of liaison between the Sales Lead & HR to compile / submit to HR chronology of disciplinary matters within the team
- Ensuring problematic employees under Regional Sales Managers are either trained until sales targets are met, or replaced

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as per job description
- Management skills and experience in managing subordinates
- Excellent communication skills
