Role Purpose: Provide Support in term of Administration, Planning and Operation of Polishing activities to Aircraft Cleaning and Grooming operation activities to maximize its productivity and effectiveness with compliance activities tasked to Aero Skygloss. Support Operation team in their day-to-day activities including safety, compliance, quality and adherence to all ISO requirements. Ensure all action plans given by General Manager are being follow up closely with other support team and liaise closely from customer on day-to-day activities. Job Details: - Ensure all administration and planning activities are done according to written procedures - Support HR & Finance Manager during the absence. - Adhere to all safety and regulations as instructed by the management of Aero Skygloss Sdn Bhd - Ensure the Administration of ASG in term of Operation support, HR and Finance support, Office Mgt are carried out smoothly - Prepare Job Schedule, Job planning for weekly and monthly for ASG after liaising with G - Maintain the inventory list of Raw Material, equipment for activities in Operation. Liaise closely with Operation supervisor and Storekeeper on inventory list. - Raise Purchase Orders and liaise with suppliers on all raw materials and equipment purchasing and receiving. - Ensure all data from operation activities are captured in master data and prepare monthly report to management. - Support and assist management and operation team in AS9100 implementation. - Attend all training scheduled for Safety, Quality and Iso related according to schedule. - Provide training to all Polishers according to Training Schedule Lists. - Take ad-hoc tasks given by HR & Finance Manager and GM from time to time.
