**Duties and Responsibilities**

1. Administration Functions

a) General administration
- To plan, organize and control the general administration of the company.
- To participate in formulating the administrative policies of the organization.
- To prepare budgets in relation to the Administration.

b) Company Motor Vehicles
- To negotiate with the insurance company on the premium and to review the insurance policies of the company every year in relation to all company motor vehiclss insurance.
- To be responsible for the renewal of all company motor vehicles road tax and keep track of lorry inspection date.

c) To oversee the overall housekeeping of the company. d) Properties of company
- To oversee the maintenance of the company premises, equipment and all companys landed
properties in Malaysia.
- To oversee the administration, construction and rental of the company's landed properties.

2. Human Resources

a) Staff Attendance
To monitor the attendance and punctuality of staff in order to control staff tardiness and
absenteeism rate.

b) Leaves
To monitor, record and update all leaves taken by employees and prepare monthly reports,

c) Overtime
- To calculate and submit Staff Overtime to the Human Resource Executive for the monthly
payroll processing.

d) Staff Medical
- To check, verify and record all medical bills and to monitor Staff Medical Expenses to ensure expenses are controlled and spent within the allocated budget.

3. Other Functions
- To be responsible for the purchasing, repair and maintenance of company printers
- To control all purchases relating to office equipment and items.
- To be responsible for the renewal of company trading license.
- To be responsible for banking in and withdrawinging cash for large amount.

4. To perform any other duties as assigned by the management to meet corporate business objectives.

**Salary**: RM1,673.13 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (required)
