Position**:HR & Admin Executive - Mandarin Speaker**
Location**:Shah Alam, Selangor**
Working Hours**:9 AM - 6 PM**
Working Days**:Monday to Friday**
Salary**:RM 2,800 - RM 4,400**
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible in handling incoming calls and walk in guests/suppliers/vendors.
- Receiving and delegating the incoming couriers/parcels/letters/correspondence/ documents to the respective recipients.
- Check, verify and administer overtime claims, standby allowances, per diem claims, commission for payroll processing.
- Submit a monthly payroll register to Senior HR for checking and approval before sending to the bank.
- Assist in recruitment activities within the company, from drafting of advertisements to interview arrangements.
- Able to engage with employees/colleagues at all times.
**Requirements**:
1) **Diploma/Degree holder in Administration and Management.**
2) **Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.**
3) **With a minimum 1-2 years of experience in Administration** and **Human Resource Management.**
4) Possess effective organizational and follow up skills, paying attention to details.
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,400.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
