Technical Audit Executive

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The primary responsibility is to conduct thorough audits of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
**Audit Planning and Execution**:
- Develop and implement audit plans for Port equipment and facilities Preventive and Corrective Maintenance to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- To perform full audit cycle including Risk Management Audit, Technical Support, Engineering and Facilities Maintenance and control management over operations and maintenance effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
- Responsible to perform and accomplish the Engineering & Facilities Divisions annual internal audit plan.
- Responsible to ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to the Management as per planned annual audits.
**Compliance Monitoring**:
- Ensure tools and consumables are procured and used in accordance with established guidelines.
- Identify and investigate any discrepancies, policy violations, or irregularities in the tools and consumables management process.
**Documentation Review**:
- Responsible in obtaining, analyzing and evaluating cost documentation, reports, data, maintenance checklist, flowcharts and etc.
- Review and verify documentation related to tools and consumables.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of audit findings, supporting documentation, and corrective actions.
- Responsible to conduct follow up closure of ISO audits finding to validate and review the supporting document submitted by business owner for Audit Finding closure.
**Risk Assessment**:
- Assess potential Health, Safety and Environmental risks related to Preventive and Corrective Maintenance and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement risk prevention measures.
**Continuous Improvement**:
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on audit findings.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in Engineering and Facilities Division.
**Communication**:
- Effectively communicate audit results and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address any issues identified during the audit process.
- Responsible to conduct follow up closure of ISO audits finding to monitor the progress and engagement with Business Owner.
**REQUIREMENT**
- Degree in any technical discipline, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering / Professional Degree / BSc in Information Technology or related degrees relevant to companys operation (specialised) and members of professional bodies such as IIAM, ISACA would be advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in related field. Knowledge of port activities would be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and report writing skills.
- Proficient with principles and practices of accounting and internal auditing standards.
- Self-starter, teamwork oriented, and high sensitivity in dealing with confidential information.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and under pressure during heavy workload and in meeting deadlines.
- Pleasant and mature personality, good interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Flexible mindset, hands-on capability & self-motivated.
- Accurate reporting capability both verbally and written.
- Computer literate with intermediate computer skills preferably Microsoft Office.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English. Multilingual skill is an added advantage.
- Good presentation skill.
- Resourceful and well organized.
- Able to interact with people at all levels.
- Able to work either in a group or individually.
