Recruit Host, record Host information, update Host information
- Verifying booking, including customers' personal information and payment details
- Issuing rental agreement, sales transaction invoice
- Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Liaise with host, operation team and customers to ensure timely deliveries and pickup
- Perform customer service functions (answering questions or responding to inquiries and solving customer problems)
- Process bookings via website
- Update daily, weekly and monthly car availability in group
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports (agent payment, host payment, customer refund)
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures manuals
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Identifying new products to add to those on offer
- Communicate important feedback from host and customers
- Record and update renewal of insurance and roadtax for fleet
- Responsible to notify Operation team for repair/service/maintenance
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if required
- Social media postings on personal account (KPI)
- Find leads or sales in personal social media’s account (reward will be given)
- Advertisement’s budget for hit posting will be providedEnsure daily, weekly and monthly sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Update daily, weekly and monthly car availability to team members
- Posting ads & commenting on the social media platform to attract customers
- Perform basic customer services functions, like answering questions or responding to inquiries
- Issuing rental agreement, sales transaction invoice
- Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices

- Liaise with the Operation department to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports (agent payment, host payment, customer refund, sales report)
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Recruit Host, Record Host information, Update Host information (get information of the host, detail of car, stamping info)
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Maintaining all policies and procedures manuals
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks if requested.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
