**Content Moderator - Korean Speaking**
Immediate Joiner
Location: Penang
**Salary**: 7K MYR
**Qualifications/Requirements**:
- Language proficiency in English is mandatory, especially writing
- Must be fluent in Korean language, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in BPO would be an added advantage
- Fast learner and independent
- Organizational and time management abilities
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Identify and escalate priority issues through proper channels when necessary
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Work with other team members in identifying better ways in providing better customer support
- Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client
- Adhere to the policies set by the company and client
**Salary**: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
