**Performance of Duties**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Perform the range of administration duties as required for daily operations and provide secretarial support as required.
- Provide administration assistance and operational support to the Executive.
- Assist in preparing reports, analyses and presentations, updating records, and researching and collating information from formal and informal sources; scope includes all matters with government, mall managements and/ or corporate organisations.
- Update and maintain government and corporate contact databases, and relevant records.
- Assist in setting up new opening Events and action plans involving heads from any state.
**Selection criteria**
- Possess degree or Diploma qualification in business/ office administration or related areas.
- At least two (2) years' proven experience in providing and coordinating administrative support; prior work experience in the retails industry would be advantageous.
- Work effectively with Microsoft Office for communication and information sharing, archiving and retrieval.
- Able to research, analyse and solve problems independently and collaboratively with others.
- Proficient in English and Malay languages; good written and oral communication skills including the ability to take minutes.
