- Support sea logistics procurement and carrier relation management.
- Execute pricing strategies by liaising on pricing and RFQ preparation.
- Coordinate with sales, agent, and commercial department to review and conduct sourcing strategy, ensure that categories and product delivers the strategy.
- Provide timely responses to rate requests, finding mutual solutions for profit maximization.
- Advise selling prices within given bandwidths as per local conditions and pricing policy.
- Book shipments based on carrier agreements or lowest.
- Coordinate full transparency and sharing of same of current freight rate levels with Customer Service & Sales Team.
- Support and exchange information with others to gain new, retain and further develop existing accounts.
- Seek out customer feedback to drive improvements.
- Ensure that databases are always up to date with most relevant pricing information.
- To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time.
- To undertake any other job function as assigned by superior and management from time to time

**Requirements:

- **
- Must possess at least a recognized Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business Administration / Management / Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Freight Forwarding.
- Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office including cloud technologies such as Office 365
- Excellent team leader with good management skills. Able to work independently and in a group, result-oriented, and highly motivated.
- Knowledge in data, operational and financial analysis.
- Fast leaner, pro-active, self-driven and self-motivated.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Detailed, organized, and good time management.
- Good verbal skills in Chinese as this role require to coordinate with our China office apart of local coordination with vendors

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
