Job Title : Finance Executive

Salary Range : RM 5000 - RM6000

Working Hours : 8am - 5pm (Monday to Friday)

Working Location : Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, KL

Company Background : Online Marketing (Healthcare Product)
- Oversee and analyze daily financial activities, AP, AR, inventory, fixed assets and preparation of full set of accounts.
- Check and execute internal audit role over all AP and AR transactions monthly.
- Check and audit bank reconciliations monthly and resolve any abnormalities and reconciliation issues.
- Perform internal audit and monthly closing of bookkeeping.
- Monitor and report cash flow daily balance and weekly forecast.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts, monitor performance against budgetary targets, and provide variance analysis.
- Monitor cash flow independently and prepare monthly cash flow projection.
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and other regulatory requirements.
- Prepare annual tax submission, estimation, and other tax related matters
- Liaise with company internal/external auditors, tax agents, bankers, secretaries etc.

**Requirements**:
1. At least 3 years related experience.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
