Sales Coordinator Clerk

Requirement:
1) Fresh graduate / degree / diploma in marketing or business administration or equivalent.
2) At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3) Computer literate.
4) Willing to learn attitude.
5) Required skill(s): Planning & Time Management, Good spoken & Written in Bahasa, English.
6) Willing to work at Meru, Klang
Responsibility:
1) Provide support to sales team.
2) Handle sales & marketing coordinating works include processing orders, delivery order follow-up, data updating, records filling, including payment collection, and delivery schedule arrangement.
3) Tracking sales order and arranging logistics to ensure that goods are scheduled and deliver to customer on time.
4) Keep track payment status of all goods before delivery
5) Handling and receiving in-coming calls related to customer enquiries
6) Coordinate with other department as necessary to support smooth operation.
7) Support ad-hoc sales assignments when necessary.
8) To undertake any jobs assigned by superior from time to time.
