Job Responsibilities:
▪ Delivering transactional and operational day to day HR Solution activities as per the standard operating procedure and HR policies. Ensuring accurate and timely employee data management as well as performing audits and validations of transactions for accuracy and consistency.

▪ Delegate and escalate inquiries as appropriate but remain responsible for the HR escalation completion by tracking progress, and providing continuous feedback to recruiters, hiring managers, stakeholders, country HRs etc on status of their inquiries or interview schedules.

▪ Leverage E2E process documentation, procedures, work instructions, and Knowledge Base and Case Management content to resolve inquiries quickly and execute day-to-day operational activities and tasks.

▪ Ensures standardized HR processes are effectively implemented and services are delivered in a consistent and common way across different business/countries.

▪ Other incidental duties

**Job Requirement**:
▪ H.S. Diploma or equivalent required ▪ Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

▪ Experience in Human Resources Administration or shared services industry/set up will be an advantage.

▪ Able to converse, read and write in Chinese or any Asia language will be an added advantage but optional.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
