**Telephone Sales Specialist / Telemarketer (F&B )**:
**About us/job scope**:

Fast growing, tech-enabled platform that moves tonnes of food products to all levels of the F&B industry (restaurants, cafes, hawkers etc.). We leverage technology to coordinate all aspects of food distribution, bringing us to our goal of making the entire food supply chain efficient and sustainable.

**Day-to-Day**
- Contacting customers to prompt them to place orders, understand their purchasing decisions
- Contacting customers to upsell them remotely
- Working with team and other department members to resolve customer issues e.g. finance, deliveries, returns.
- Cold call to reach every potential prospect
- Follow Up Every Prospect to build a relationship with them

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, data entry is a plus but not essential.
- F&B experience is not required at all.
- Fresh graduated or no experience also encouraged to apply, (training provided)
- Possess a transport
- Disciplined tracking of all sales activities
- Comfortable working with computers.
- Expertise is not required.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malay is required. Other dialects are a bonus.

**Salary and Benefit**
- Basic Salary: RM 2300 Per Months
- Work from Office :10am - 6pm
