Attending to _**inbound calls**_ for consumer throughout the _**UK, Singapore, Australia**_ etc.
- Handling enquiries related to credit card and banking on a daily basis
- Able to resolve customer queries and issues with an aim to provide a first call resolution

**Requirements**:

- Possess a _**Diploma / Degree**_ (_**Minimum SPM **_holder must have working experience in customer service)
- Must be able to work on _**rotational shifts**_
- Excellent communication skills and _**fluent in English language & Mandarin ONLY**_

(spoken and written)
- Available to work at _**Menara IQ TRX (Tun Razak Exchange)**_
- Must have_ **stable internet connectivity **_with min of _**100MBPS**_ if WFH
