**Responsibilities**:
- 1. Experience in handling accounts;
- 2. Handle invoices, payments vouchers and book keeping;
- 3. Maintain proper filing and keep sufficient accounting records;
- 4. Handle administration matters, including office purchases, upkeep and maintenance of office equipment and fixed assets;
- 5. Handle annual renewal for licenses and submission for EPF, Socso, EIS, SST and etc;
- 6. Assist in performing other tasks and duties that may be assigned
- 7. Liaise with auditors, tax agents
- 8. Office administrative work
- 9. Prepare monthly salary
