Business Continuity Coordinator

**Goal and Objectives**:
Developing and managing procedures to protect its people, processes, premises and technology.
To achieve the BCM objectives, Worldline has an extensive BCM program.
This includes:
- Identification of critical business functions that support key products and services, the interdependencies between business functions and the resources required to operate the business functions at an acceptable level.
- Evaluation of risks and identification of Single Point of Failure (SPOF) resulting in business interruption and an analysis of the potential impact.
- Development of strategies that enable Worldline to protect and recover critical business functions.
- Planning and implementing of mitigations responses and recovery strategies and development of a crisis management strategy.
- Testing of the implemented recovery and crisis management strategies to investigate their effectiveness.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain Business Continuity Plan in accordance with global policy and standards
- Schedule and test documented business continuity plan twice per year
- Provide coordination role to support Crisis Management Teams in the management of crises and serious incidents affecting the people and/or critical business operations
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for critical IT assets e.g. data centres and systems
- Plan, conduct, report and debrief regular disaster drill exercises to test the adequacy of existing plans and strategies, updating procedures and plans regularly
- Coordinate the review, maintenance and testing of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans, working with business managers, Applications and IT Infrastructure Management teams to ensure these plans remain valid and fit for purpose
- Establish, maintain, and test call trees to ensure appropriate communication during crisis/disaster.
- Conduct regular business impact assessments with business units to quantify Business Continuity requirements and identify required Business Continuity Plans enhancements
- Analyse impact on, and risk to, essential business functions or information systems to identify acceptable recovery time periods and resource requirements.
- Work with service delivery teams to manage incidents that affect or may affect business operations
- Undertake the relevant role and responsibility assigned by the management from time to time
- Produce reports to summarize testing activities, including descriptions of goals, scope, planning, scheduling, execution, results, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain training and awareness presentations or materials and conduct trainings to promote awareness of Business Continuity policy, standards, plans and processes.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or in a related field
- Certification in the related field (e.g. CBCP, etc) will be an added advantage
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in BC/DR coordination preferably in IT or Financial Services sector
- Experience working with multiple IT teams to develop, maintain and test the Disaster Recovery Plans
- Ability to manage and influence other teams not under direct control
- Working knowledge of Business Continuity standards
- Knowledge of BC and DR planning methodology and approach
- Experience in Crisis Management &/or Incident Management process

- Must have a self-starter, assertive and positive attitude
- Good technical, project management and report writing skill
- Good documentation and presentation skills
- Team player and willing to adapt to growing and changing environments
