- Retention and welfare of Temporary Employees - manage the active headcounts and completions, queries, salaries, assignment and issues.
- Maintain accurate recording and reporting of data in DEX.
- Maintain and ensure all Temporary Employees documentation is updated, timely and accurate.
**Job Requirements**:
**General Minimum Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- 2-3 years’ Service related industry.
- English Language fluency - spoken and written.
- Service Driven.
- High levels of diplomacy and tact.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
**Technical/Professional Skills**:
- Negotiation and qualifying skills.
- Consultative skills.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Counseling and motivating skills.
- Planning and managing work cycle.
- Well verse in Malaysia Employment Act will be an added advantage to the role.
- Able to multi task and handle multiple follow-up simultaneously.
