Human Resource Executive: Shaping the Future of Healthcare HR
Join the dynamic team at Biopower Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of primary care, long-term accommodation and nursing care for the aged, senior citizens, and those with chronic illness or disabilities. Our modern facility in Kuala Lumpur is dedicated to providing compassionate care with the support of our qualified nursing staff and well-trained assistants.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
- Oversee attendance verification and leave management, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Support HR administration processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Coordinate benefits administration, including handling claims with Perkeso and insurance providers.
- Maintain employee records and handle general HR correspondence.
- Facilitate orientation and training programs for career development of our nursing staff.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in departmental goal-setting and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management or related field.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Own transportation required.

**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
