About
The global Monetization Integrity team ensures safe and quality experiences between users, creators, and businesses. The team is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow TikTok users and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats.

About the team
The Risk Arbitration Team is responsible for establishing ground truth on advertiser behavior, acting as an essential contributor to defining actor policies and products. The Risk Arbitration Specialist supports TikTok's efforts to identify and quantify complex and emerging risk signals. Risk Arbitration Specialists review monetized content and account level information in continuous succession during each shift to arrive at decisions on actor-level account enforcement.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Investigate monetized actors on TikTok's platform for behavioral trends to ensure compliance with TikTok's actor policies and standards.
2. Perform targeted reviews, open-source intelligence (OSINT) investigations, etc. in order to ensure compliance by examining actor accounts and their related characteristics.
3. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
4. Maintain focus on data integrity and producing work of the highest quality.
5. Callibrate internally between specialists on account-review decision disagreements.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
1. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in decision-making.
2. Experience in analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to conduct deep-dive investigations.
3. Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
4. Ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to enhance performance.
5. Fast learning capabilities and ability to identify behavioural anomalies across large bodies of data.
6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
7. You have use and interest in short video platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in a BPO / call center / customer service environment is a plus.
