**Customer Service (Call Centre position)**

**Location **:Menara Public Bank 2, Jalan Raja Chulan, KL

**Working days**: 5 days (rotational shift - 11:00 am to 11:00 pm)

**Nature of business **:Established global E-commerce contact center platform in Malaysia

**Salary range**: Basic RM2,500 + 300 fix allowance +Attendance incentive, KPI allowance (can ask during interview)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM level entry
- Must have at least one year of working experience. Added advantage with call centre experience
- Fluent in both English & Malay
- Basic E-commerce Knowledge (will ask during iv)

**Job descriptions**:

- Providing first contact resolution according to standard operating procedures from both seller and buyer via live chat/call (i.e. : orders, payments, refund, shipping, voucher etc).
- Communicate with internal stakeholders (logistics, payment, and etc)
- Assist customer and sellers with product selection, answer basic questions and suggests various product options that are available.
- Input customer interaction, problems in Customer Relation Management System (CRMS).
- Ensure all customers and sellers feedback/complaints/Disputes are addressed as and when required or escalate the same to the respective team when necessary.

Intake **:13 May 2024**

Shift schedule as below:

- 11am-8pm |12pm-9pm | 1pm-10pm | 2pm-11pm
- 1 week work 5 days
- 1 day work 9 hours ( 1 hour off )
- 2 off days ( might off on weekdays)

Every week your shift will change, maybe 1 week morning shift, next week evening shift

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
