Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage project through managing timelines, risks, and issues, and taking corrective measurements
- Manage communication with all stakeholders by Working closely with project sponsors, and cross-functional teams
- Plan & develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
- Ensuring effective quality assuranceand the overall integrity of the program - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the program, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programs and corporate, technical and specialist standards
- Accountable and focal point to overall product cost for sustaining products with finance collaboration to define optimized product cost strategy and drive execution.
- Collaborate with KPI owners to align and rationalize roadmaps ensuring consistent product strategy and execution.
- Monitor overall quality/engineering KPI performance and support quality team/KPI owners to address gaps vs plan.
- Participate in new product Manufacturing Readiness Review (MRR) and approve product release to assume product ownership post LPR (Limited Production Release).
- Participate in new product KPI underpinning strategy and ensure all KPI and cost roadmaps are aligned to execution capability in HVM (High Volume Manufacturing).
- Managing the main program documentations such as the program initiation document.
- Produce program reports for management and stakeholders
**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. Master's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- 5+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Good teamwork, willing to learn, logical thinker and able to work under pressure.
- Self-motivated and result oriented.
Skills & Abilities:
- Good knowledge on handling of project and program management methodology and techniques. PMP certification preferred.
- Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program management
- Effective leadership and management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound business case development and approvals skills
- Able to work independently and possess independent thinking ability.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional and cross-cultural team environment.
